Last week I landed a big job that needed to be done in a short timeframe. We’ve been working hard on that job including through the weekend to make sure it can be done on time. Oceana has even been helping me out in the shop.

The good news is that we finished the job on time. I’ve actually got it loaded up and ready to deliver today. The bad news is that it didn’t leave us much time to do anything with the house. We did get one of the side yards cleaned up, so that’s good.
The Teak report
However, Teak has had an exciting week. Oceana took him down to the dock on the long leash and he seems to really like it. This is his first time down there in a bit and he’s more confident in the water than he was as a young pup. He’s jumping right off the dock into the grass (chest deep water for him) and splashing around enjoying life. Oceana also gave him a haircut. He really needed it. Just look at those piles of hair on the floor! He looks much smaller now but somehow he still weighs in at 60lbs!
That’s all for now. We’re looking forward to getting to work on the house this coming week! Thanks for following along Teak’s crazy journey
I love that video of Teak in the water! He really seems to enjoy it. Glad you and Oceana were able to finish the job on time. Maybe you can relax a little now… Love, Mom
Awe – I want Teak. I’m so sorry I never got to meet him. I’ve been begging for a dog but Uncle Chuck says no 😞. It’s nice reading about your life, house adventures and Teal adventures!
On another note, so glad you came to PA for Derek’s service. It meant the world to all of the Gearhart’s… ❤️. Much love to you and Oceana! 😘
Thanks Aunt Dee Dee. It was great to see you guys (and the extended family). Looking forward to your visit – which means you’ll get to meet Teak!
